As requested by Roberto Ricca I have the honour of accept this chance of
presenting myself (I think that english works best in this occasion...)
If this were an Academy Awards Gala I would have to start by thanking
someone; well, it is not an Oscar prize, but I still would like to thank
Alberto (Bizzi) for notifying me about the cp95 and for giving me a
chance to take part in it. Mostly, I would like to thank Roberto (Ricca)
for organizing the whole thing.
It was real fun to take part in this 34 weeks adventure, waiting
anxiously for the results (sometimes even too anxiously), and following
the most entartaining football league of the world during the cold
Finnish winter, till the summer came (yes, we also have summer here).
I just hope the same could be arranged next year as well, and I believe
many other think this way too.
About me there is not much to say. I am confined here in the Artic
Circle, in a country with no culture for football. My only hope for next
year is that some Italian club could buy Jari Litmanen, so that I have
the chance to see some Italian football on the finnish tv....I have to
say I believe I have seen AJAX more time this year than anybody else
outside the Netherlands.
I live here with my family (wife and twins), and I am (finally)
graduating in Political Science at the Helsinki University.I also earn
some bucks by teaching, interpreting and translating this awful thing
called finnish language.
Finally, I follow basically every sport being football, basketball, ice
hockey, baseball and motor racing my favourites. My favourite team in
the Italian league is BOLOGNA FC, the team from my city and the one I
believe will play AGAIN in a couple of year in Europe !!
