Ciao a tutti,
quasi non mi sembra vero poter scrivere in questa sezione per la
seconda volta e subito dopo il mio amico e rivale Massimo
Steccanella vincitore del CP 2008, ma era necessario ristabilire al
piu' presto le dovute distanze.
Come direbbe una mia ex-collega queste si che sono soddisfazioni ...
Per le banfate comunque vi rimando alla mia presentazione del Winner
2005.
Vorrei invece soffermarmi su come questa competizione sia diventata
per me un torneo tra amici che ritrovo piacevolmente ogni anno per
scoprire quali tra loro saranno i miei principali avversari e quali
saranno le cifre associate al mio nome a fine concorso. I nomi li
conosco a memoria, nominarne qualcuno sarebbe far torto a molti
altri.
Rileggendo la presentazione dei vari vincitori capisci che ognuno di
loro ama tutte queste graduatorie e come dice Christian Gazia
(Winner 2001 / 2003 ) anch'io potrei passare delle ore solo ad
osservare quei dati.
L'augurio e' che tutti prima o poi possano essere baciati dalla
fortuna, perche' di quella ce n'e' tanto bisogno, e diventare dei CP
Winner per associare finalmente al nome anche una storia.
Per passare al CP2009, quest'anno la competizione e' stata
equilibratissima sino alla fine.
Dopo sei giornate (Week #8) mi porto in seconda posizione, ma
Filippo Chiarion Casoni mi sembra gia' quasi irraggiungibile.
All'undicesima tappa (Week #14) incredibilmente sono in testa, ma
nella classifica per media il mio ex-collega Davide Fazzone e' al
comando con una media altissima (108.50). Nelle tappe successive si
portano avanti i soliti 'amici' con cui dovro' lottare sino alla
fine: parlo di Pierfrancesco Coli (Winner 2006), Franco Bizzi,
Massimo Steccanella, Charl Gerber, Pepijn Teunissen, Joseph Tiziano
e Alessio De Fabio che pero' poi cede verso la fine.
Ed eccoci all'ultima giornata dove i primi quattro possono ancora
vincere, ma fortunatamente mi avvicino al risultato sia di Coli che
di Steccanella. Bizzi, a cui sarebbe bastato indovinare due
risultati in piu' di me, inspiegabilmente non partecipa a
quest'ultima tappa ... (spero che un giorno possa raccontare cosa
gli e' successo).
Ed ecco comparire la seconda stella!
Adesso un annuncio: tremate perche' dal prossimo anno un nuovo Feira
lottera' per il titolo; parlo di mio figlio Geremia di 8 anni che e'
gia' un appassionato di calcio e naturalmente tifa Juve come il
papa'.
Infine lancio una sfida a tutte le comunita' del CP ed in
particolare a quella del Lussemburgo perche' sta diventando
difficile spostare il titolo Guru dal Canavese ...
Un saluto particolare va ad Alessandro "Maret" Martinotti, Roberto
"Manzo" Crocco, Christian Foglietta, Oscar Favero Costa, Fabio e
Matteo Steccanella che se al fantacalcio mi danno del filo da
torcere al CP proprio non c'e' storia!
Concludo ringraziando Roberto Ricca per la professionalita' con cui
gestisce il sito sperando che il numero dei partecipanti al CP possa
aumentare, altrimenti e' troppo facile vincere ... Sono tornato a
banfare ...
Arrivederci al CP 2010, non vedo l'ora di sapere chi sara' il
prossimo vincitore!

Greetings everybody,
It does not seem true that I am writing this note not only for a
second time but also right after my rival and friend Massimo
Steccanella won of the CP 2008, this shows the need to reestab-
lish as soon as possible the necessary distances.
Quoting an ex-coworker: these really are satisfactions ...
To be a show-off, let me send you to my presentation as the CP
2005 winner.
Instead I would like to stop on the fact that this competition
has become for me a tournament between friends who I meet pleas-
antly every year in order to discover which between them will be
my main adversaries and what will be my score at the end of the
competition. I know everybody's names, but to mention someone in
particular would be dismissive of many others.
Reading the presentation of the several prior winners you under-
stand that every single one of them love all these rankings and
as Christian Gazia (Winner 2001 / 2003) say, I, too, could pass
hours looking at the data.
I wish that all, sooner or later, can be blessed with fortune,
because there is much need for it, and that they can become of CP
Winners to finally be able to associate to their names also a
story.
Back to the CP2009, this year the competition was very balanced,
right until the end. After six days (Week #8) I get to be in
second place, but at that point Filippo Chiarion Casoni seems un-
reachable. At eleventh stage (Week #14) incredibly I'm ahead, but
in the classification by averages, my former-coworker Davide Faz-
zone commands with the highest average (108,50). In the succes-
sive stages it is clear which 'friends' moved ahead, with which I
would fight until the end: I am talking about Pierfrancesco Coli
(Winner 2006), Franco Bizzi, Massimo Steccanella, Charl Gerber,
Pepijn Teunissen, Joseph Tiziano and finally Alessio De Fabio who
towards the end falls back.
And we find ourselves on the last day where the first four can
still win, but fortunately I'm close to the results of both Coli
and Steccanella. Bizzi, to whom it would have been enough to
guess two results more than me, inexplicably does not participate
on this last stage ... (I hope that one day he can tell us what
happened to him). And a second star will shine!
An announcement: be afraid because starting next year a new Feira
will be competing for the title; I am talking about my son
Geremia who is 8 years old and who is already a soccer fan and
naturally roots for Juve like his father.
At last I launch a challenge to all the CP community and in par-
ticular to that of the Luxembourg because is getting difficult to
take the title of Guru away from the Canavese ...
A special "hello" go to Alessandro "Maret" Martinotti, Rober-
to "Manzo " Crocco, Christian Foglietta, Oscar Favero Costa,
Fabio and Matteo Steccanella that while on the fantacalcio gave
me a real hard time, on the CP there is no story, they did not
make a dent.
I want to finish thanking Roberto Ricca for the professionalism
with which he manages the site hoping that the number of the par-
ticipants to the CP can increase, otherwise is very easy to win
... I'm showing off again.
Will see you again on CP 2010, I can't wait to know who will be
the next winner!
