Buongiorno,
nel 2011 dopo la vittoria pensavo di aver fatto il mio piccolo
record ovvero tre vittorie al CP.
Ma ecco che nel 2012, appena un anno dopo, Christian Gazia mi
eguagliava.
Per non parlare dei due anni successivi (2013-2014) dove il mio
amico-rivale Massimo Steccanella vinceva per due volte consecutive,
mai successo prima d'ora, e si portava anche lui a tre vittorie.
Poi finalmente Vincenzo Giordano (2015) e Pierfrancesco Coli
(2016) per la seconda volta rendevano sempre piu' interessante
la competizione anno dopo anno.
Ed ecco arrivare la quarta stella, quest'anno dalla 16 giornata
in poi e' stata una cavalcata verso il trionfo ... cambiavano gli
inseguitori ma io continuavo incredulo a rimanere ancora in testa
con un distacco sempre rassicurante.
Complimenti a Joseph Tiziano, Ken Butler, Massimo Steccanella,
Geremia Feira, Franco Porti, Attila Pap e a tutti i partecipanti
che hanno reso avvincente questa sfida.
Per finire con la frase ormai di rito ... il titolo e' tornato
in Canavese!

Buongiorno,
after my victory in 2011, I thought I had reached my own little
record of three wins in CP.
But just a year later, in 2012, Christian Gaza was able to
equalize my record.
Let's not talk about the next two years (2013-2014) in which my
friend-rival Massimo Steccanella won two consecutive times, a
feat that had never happened before, and bringing him to also
reach three victories.
Finally, Vincenzo Giordano (2015) and Pierfrancesco Coli (2016)
for his own second win, making the competition year after year
ever more interesting.
And now, getting to four stars, this year was an uphill battle to
the title from the 16th week, the challengers always changing, and
I, incredulous of my continuously strong and reassuring advantage.
Congratulations to Joseph Tiziano, Ken Butler, Massimo Steccanella,
Geremia Feira, Franco Porti, Attila Pap, and to all participants
that have made this competition more exciting.
Let me finish with the usual phrase.... the title has come back to
the Canavese!
